The Zinger is designed to be used with a cordless or electric drill to assist in pushing or pulling fiber optic cable, a fiberglass rodder, or other types of stiff wire or cable (product) through a conduit. It can also pull a string or mule tape through a duct or conduit.

Using the Zinger greatly speeds up the process of pushing or pulling fiber, flat-drop fiber or other products up to 1/2” (12 mm) diameter. It also relieves the physical fatigue of working with hundreds of feet of product throughout the day.

The Zinger was designed for product runs of up to 300 feet, but in some cases, up to 1,000 feet of product has been successfully pushed into a conduit.

Please keep in mind, in order for the Zinger to work effectively, the product must be
able to be pulled or pushed easily by hand. If the product cannot be pushed or pulled by hand, do not use the Zinger.
